APPLIED QUALITY SERVICES Ltd was formed in 1992 as an ISO 9000 consultancy, for small to medium size companies, and the Quality Services Division continue to offer specialised consultancy to SMEs who do not have a dedicated Quality Manager or are looking for a fast track route to certification .
During 1994, a director of the company was appointed Quality Manager of Denley Instruments Ltd., with the initial objective of gaining ISO 9001 approval. This was achieved at the first attempt, 6 months after the start of the project.
Following the integration of Denley Instruments Ltd. with Labsystems Oy in Finland in early 1997, the Quality Manager moved to the Finnish company as the International Materials and Logistics Manager.
When an opportunity arose to manufacture the discontinued Denley Luckham products under agreement, a market survey was carried out to determine its viability. The results were conclusive , there was clearly a market for the products around the world . Many customers have since voiced their delight, that once again these well known, quality and essential products are available.
Therefore the principle objective of the company is to manufacture and supply these products, accessories and spares to the world market, welcoming back old friends and new customers alike. As time progresses it is intended to add new products to our range that gives you, our customers, a greater cost effective choice.
The company supplies a full range of laboratory equipment from basic mixers and shakers to incubators and cell harvesters via distributors or direct to users.
